The cultural venue and café Trefpunt has been an essential part of Ghent's artistic scene for over 60 years. Originally founded by the artist and folk singer Walter De Buck, its history is deeply tied to the revival of the city's most famous festival, Gentse Feesten.

Trefpunt is probably the most historic music venue in Flanders, Belgium.
